Dr. Rossman is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in surgical and medical eye care for the entire family. As a Michigan native, who has called Northern Michigan home for the past several years, she understands the importance of excellent eye care close to home. With years of experience, Dr. Rossman will assess your eyes and create a custom treatment plan that's right for you. She understands the importance of educating you on the most effective ways to take care of your eyes, so that you can continue to see life comfortably and happily.

Education

Dr. Rossman completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Saginaw Valley State University followed by her Medical Degree at Michigan State University. She then went on to complete her internship and ophthalmology residency at Metro Health, University of Michigan Health, in Grand Rapids Michigan. She then traveled north, where she practiced Ophthalmology in Traverse City and Kalkaska before she, her husband, son and two golden retrievers decided to make Petoskey home.

Dr. Lyndsay Olmstead

Meet Dr. Olmstead

Dr. Olmstead is a board certified Optometrist specializing in medical conditions of the eye. She began her career practicing at the esteemed Verdier Eye Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She joined Rossman Eye Care in 2020 after returning home to Northern Michigan. Originally from Boyne City, she returns with her husband, daughter, and Golden Retriever, Bauer.

Experience and Education

After graduating High school in Boyne City, Dr. Olmstead attended Grand Valley State University for her undergraduate degree. She then earned her Doctorate of Optometry at the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University Optometry,. She continued her education at Tuscaloosa Veteran Affairs Medical Center with a residency with a focus on corneal health Call to schedule an appointment with Dr. Olmstead today.

Dr. Debra Denton

Meet Dr. Denton

Dr. Denton is a board certified Optometrist specializing in medical conditions of the eye. She has spent the past 20 years practicing in Northern Michigan. She joined Rossman Eye Care in 2024 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise in everything from standard exams to complex contact lens fitting. Originally from Petoskey she has a rich history taking care of patients from all over Northern Michigan.

Experience and Education

After graduating High school in Petoskey, Dr. Denton attended Alma College for her undergraduate degree. She then earned her Doctorate of Optometry at the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University Optometry.
