Dr. Rossman completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Saginaw Valley State University followed by her Medical Degree at Michigan State University. She then went on to complete her internship and ophthalmology residency at Metro Health, University of Michigan Health, in Grand Rapids Michigan. She then traveled north, where she practiced Ophthalmology in Traverse City and Kalkaska before she, her husband, son and two golden retrievers decided to make Petoskey home.
Dr. Olmstead is a board certified Optometrist specializing in medical conditions of the eye. She began her career practicing at the esteemed Verdier Eye Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She joined Rossman Eye Care in 2020 after returning home to Northern Michigan. Originally from Boyne City, she returns with her husband, daughter, and Golden Retriever, Bauer.
After graduating High school in Boyne City, Dr. Olmstead attended Grand Valley State University for her undergraduate degree. She then earned her Doctorate of Optometry at the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University Optometry,.
